Hearth

A design for a simple, relaxing garden that celebrates the warmth of friends and rejuvenation. 

The heart of the space hosts casual gatherings, with generous seating around a linear firepit and an outdoor kitchen with a tiled, wood fired pizza oven.  Moroccan inspired tilework graces the backsplash with wood veneer above.  Light toned concrete pavers complement the architectural facade, while integrated lighting lends a modern vibe to the evening. 

Heated seating on the upper deck makes for an easy break to pop out and enjoy some fresh air, fog or shine. A cedar hot tub and steam sauna invite unwinding after hours. Locally native planting hosts resident hummingbirds, while a few tropical inspired planting touches with decorative urns connect a sense of travels abroad with home.
